Membership at All Saints
Two Forms, One Body.
At All Saints, membership comes in two forms: Committed and Confirmed.
Committed members are those who deeply identify with us as their local church community, but not necessarily with the fullness of the Anglican tradition. At All Saints, we know and accept that the church has many expressions and traditions and seek to practice “mere Christianity” by welcoming those who commit to our local fellowship of believers but are not ready to be Anglican.
Confirmed members are those who identify with the Anglican tradition and join our church, diocese (a regional expression of the global Anglican Church), and the historic, worldwide communion of Anglican believers through the rite of confirmation. This form of membership doesn’t mean you must fully understand all things Anglican (that’s an ongoing process), but it does mean you affirm all seven of our Fundamental Declarations and sense a calling to follow Jesus via the Anglican way. In being confirmed, you are building a direct connection with other churches in our diocese and with our bishops, who are our chief pastors.
